Q. When do I have access to the garage with my monthly pass?
A. 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will always have a guaranteed place to park with a monthly pass.
Q. I have completed my application. What is the next step?
Your completed application may be dropped off at the garage office. Once the application and payment is received, your garage pass will be activated. Passes can be picked up at the garage office Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Q. Can I set up automatic payments for my Monthly Parking?
A. Yes. Set up recurring payments for monthly parking through Standard Parking's secure payment system please visit www.standardparking.com or through your own financial institution.
Q. What happens if I don't pay my monthly bill on time?
A. Payment is due on the first of each month. If payment is not received on or before the first of the month, access to the garage will be interrupted and regular posted rates will apply to park. To re-activate the account, payment will be required in full and a reactivation fee may apply.
Q. What happens if I forgot my access card?
A. If you forgot your pass, pull a ticket to enter the facility and bring it to the Parking Office just before you plan to exit. Once the activity on your account is verified, you will be permitted to exit without any charge.
Q. How can I obtain a replacement for a lost access card?
A. A replacement pass may be obtained at the parking office for a $20 fee.
Q. How do I cancel my Monthly Pass?
A. Please submit a request to cancel your pass with at least 30 days notice prior to the end of the desired calendar month. For example: if you want to cancel your parking at the end of July, you must submit your request for cancellation on or before July 1st. You may submit your request via email or in person at the Parking Office. If you are submitting by email, make sure you receive a response and keep it for your records.
A. We call these coupons Chaser Tickets. Chaser tickets are used in combination with your original parking ticket. Please proceed to the pay station located in the elevator lobby before returning to your vehicle or to the exit lane. Insert the parking ticket you received when entering the facility followed by the Chaser ticket to receive your discounted rate. If there is a balance due, insert your credit card as payment.
